How you feel about yourself body is a choice based on what you allow yourself to believe. (A Transformation)

When it comes to how you feel about yourself, that is, your self image and body image….You have options. You can choose to believe there is something wrong with your body that you want to change because you believe it will be more beautiful or you will like it more.  Or, you can choose to believe it is enough right now because it is. You decide that. That you can love it now, as it is, and still working on making it feel better and stronger because you love it, and if it changes that’s just icing on the cake.

Loving your body not based on circumstances is FREEDOM- internal, external, mental, emotional, energetic, FREEDOM. 

Build a deep, solid self love that’s not build around circumstances.

The more you rely on your circumstances or external evidence that you are enough and worthy of loving yourself and your body- the more you give your power away to those things and will always need something to make you feel better in your body. Take back your power, trust yourself and love yourself because you decide there’s no reason not to.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be better for yourself 

There is also nothing wrong with you that needs you to be better 

You just WANT better - there’s a difference. 

If you could feel exactly how you wanted to feel about yourself and your body right now in this moment, what would it be? What would that feel like? How would you treat yourself, talk to yourself, think about yourself, what things would you be doing, what would you wear?

 

That's a good place to start... everything you answered to the above questions... start doing those NOW and watch yourself transform.
