Body Love Mantra to Feel Good in Your Body

Having a toolbox of self care strategies is one of the most empowering things you can do for yourself. You will be prepared in those moments when we want to drop our standards because it sounds easier in the moment, instead of using our personal power to navigate us through. That is why most women don't love themselves. They either don't know how to navigate through stress, difficulties, disappointments in an empowered way that supports their best selves, or they don't use their own strength and power from within to guide them through.

Affirmations are one of the best tools for this very purpose. There is something about speaking empowered truth out loud and to yourself that can give you exactly what you need, when you need it, bringing you back to yourself. Its free, and you can take it anywhere.

 

This is one of my favorites, for when you are feeling less than great about your body. 

 

'I will take care of my body how it wants to be taken care of.

I will work with it, not against it.

I get to choose how I treat it, 

I get to decide how I feel about it. 

 

I will love it, because it is mine.'
