1. Write out a negative thought you’re having about yourself - cross it out and write how you want to feel next to it - starting with “I am”, or “I feel”, as if it’s already done.
2. Think of a compliment you wish someone would give you - look in the mirror and say it to yourself
3. Give yourself a hug and say “I love you ( insert your name here ) “
Repeat as many times a day and every day to drastically improve how you feel about yourself and deepen the connection and relationship with yourself.
